Love Island star looks unrecognisable with a beard and ripped body as he works out topless
LOVE Island star Charlie Frederick looked worlds away from his reality show persona with a beard as he worked out topless.
The TV favourite – who is also an occasional cast member of Made In Chelsea – has undergone a spectacular body transformation since first finding fame in 2018.
Charlie, now 26, is currently in Bali sharing fitness videos and healthy recipes, and his hard work has clearly paid off.
He is now dating Natalie Cowes and often shares loved-up snaps from their luxury life abroad.
The series four star has become even more ripped and rugged since his short stint on Love Island – which only lasted five days.
But Lucie Donlan and Arabella Chi’s ex made a big impression on TV fans, and later joined Made In Chelsea in 2020.

He found fame on Love Island four years ago when he was coupled up with Hayley Hughes who thought Brexit meant the UK wouldn’t have any trees.
But they became the first pair to be dumped from the villa on day 13 as they were deemed by the public as being the “least compatible” couple.
Charlie also previously dated Love Island stars Lucie and Arabella – with the latter failing to tell him she was going into the villa while they were dating.
He slammed the show in 2019 for allowing Lucie and Arabella to join in an expletive laden Instagram post.

He wrote on his Instagram Stories: “Wow @loveisland, you wanna have my f***ing life anymore?!!!
“Both my exes in the villa. F***ing madness.”
Charlie also branded Lucie “fame hungry” in an interview for going on the show and told reporters their relationship was little more than a fling – infuriating her mum Celly.

The surfer’s mum said at the time: “Charlie’s interview was completely wrong.
“He said that it was just a very quick holiday romance, but in actual fact it was a proper relationship for six months.”
