The European Court of Human Rights is an international court in Strasbourg which interprets the European Convention on Human Rights , and stepped in to block the UK Government's attempt to introduce the Rwanda asylum policy last year.

    Absolutely, sooner rather than late as it is long overdue we relieve ourselves of foreign interference in our lawmaking system.
