This has already been proved to be pie in the sky. We can barely light our homes this winter let alone all move to electric cars in eight years. We haven't the infrastructure or the raw materials for batteries! Politicians just say what they think the fools will vote for despite the facts or destruction to our industry and way of life. Never has government been so detached from the way the real world works!
