LUCY MANGAN: As a Remainer I can forgive my die-hard Leaver husband for Brexit

  1. Everyone can have their own opinion over Brexit, certainly- outside parliament! But we've seen what happens to parliament when MPs go their own way over Brexit- chaos ensues and party discipline can entirely collapse! After what happened in the last parliament- with MPs losing all discipline, with some even changing parties- yet retaining their seats , etc, it is surely not unreasonable to ask candidates to sign up to one opinion on a cause before they can offer themselves for election! After all, the past two years have clearly demonstrated that to ask them after their election, is far too late!

  2. Let`s hope Boris delivers a PROPER Brexit, and not the Surrender Bill he`s peddling as Brexit now.
