MPs take mindfulness course to tackle depression in Parliament - 'I had to do something'

DOZENS of stressed out MPs and peers have taken part in a “Mindfulness” course to tackle depression in Parliament. So far 185 parliamentarians have taken up the specialised classes on the Parliamentary estate aimed at helping improve work/life balance to deal with anxiety problems.
