The law states that it's the British People that are Sovereign, and Not Parliament, this was Stated to the EU, when Boris Johnson got Elected by the People in 2019, with the Brexit mandate which he was elected On. He also stated we the People have not Authorised any sort of a Divorce Bill whatsoever. Or pay Billions of Pounds into the Brussels for the EU's Pension Funds.
