Several streaming services are fighting for the rights.

He was jailed for two and a half years last month for hiding £2.5million worth of assets and loans to avoid paying debts, and is seen packing for prison in the documentary.

It is being made by Oscar-winning filmmakers Alex Gibney and John Battsek, who sat down with Boris for a series of intimate interviews.

A source said: “There has been a lot of interest from streaming services keen to secure the rights. It will be must-watch TV.”

New Doctor Who revealed as Sex Education star replaces Jodie Whittaker

The film is being financed by Lorton Entertainment, who also delivered Wayne Rooney’s Amazon Prime documentary, Rooney.

It features conversations with tennis stars including John McEnnroe and Bjorn Borg.

Director John said: “His life off the court trying to manage his private relationships and his spiralling financial commitments has become the stuff of gossip and falsehoods.

“Boris has been incredibly brave revealing all to us. Alex and I share a big responsibility in making this film.”

Joe’s al in beige

FANS of Joe Alwyn were no doubt hoping new BBC drama Conversations With Friends would see him wear nothing but his birthday suit and a smile.

Instead the 12-parter’s leading man is pictured wearing a beige suit and pool sliders in the new edition of GQ Hype magazine.

It’s a stark contrast to Paul Mescal, who flashed his bits in every other scene in Normal People, which was the first book from Sally Rooney.

Conversations With Friends is her follow-up novel, and has been adapted for BBC Three. It is available from Sunday.

Despite a few steamy moments in the new show, Joe doesn’t expose himself as much as Paul, which must be a relief to girlfriend Taylor Swift.

She’s probably pleased her fella’s not even bearing his toes in those sliders.

Survey this love-ly lad

AFTER so much chatter this week about the women going into Love Island, finally something for the ladies again.

Producers have lined up a hot chartered surveyor called Joe Bryan for this year’s show, which kicks off next month on ITV2.

A TV insider said: “He’s already met with producers and really wants to head into the villa.”

Joe moved from Birmingham to London . . . but looks like he’ll soon be packing his bags for Majorca.

Earn your Owen money, girl

SHE could be about to go on Love Island – and viewers may be wondering why Gemma Owen, daughter of football star Michael Owen, needs the money.

But she insists her millionaire dad is tight, and stopped giving her money long ago – which is something he freely admits to.

Speaking on the Walk The Dog podcast, former Liverpool and England striker Michael said: “It’s really difficult from a parent’s point of view. You want to give your children the best start and the best chance.

“But you’re always wrestling with the fact that if I just make it so easy, and I can do this and do that, is she going to learn from any mistakes?

“You want money that much – there’s a pub down the road, go and work behind the bar or something. That’s my view.”

I wonder if Michael will maintain the same view if she enters the villa . . .

New Doctor

FORMER Doctor Who Matt Smith welcomed the news that Ncuti Gatwa would play the new doctor.

He said: “I think it’s an inspired piece of casting. I don’t know if you’ve seen him in Sex Education, there’s a warmth and wit and a real depth to his talent.”

Cheryl’s ‘jungle bid KOd’

EASTENDERS star Cheryl Fergison says she really wants to go on I’m A Celebrity – but claims ITV won’t let her.

She believes that the fact she’s been on Big Brother – previously on Channel 4 and Channel 5 – means she can’t be considered for the show, which returns later this year.

Cheryl, best known for playing Heather Trott in the BBC1 soap, said: “The whole of my life, even pre Big Brother, I wanted to do the jungle.

“But unfortunately if you’ve done Big Brother you cannot go into the jungle. But if you’ve done the jungle you can go on Big Brother.

“So if you look there are people who’ve not been in the jungle who’ve only been on Big Brother, for example Coleen Nolan. For some reason ITV will not let you.”

I’m sure they’d change the rules to sign up Cheryl…
