'Invoke Article 16!' Boris Johnson urged to issue two-week Brexit ultimatum to Brussels

BARONESS Kate Hoey has told Boris Johnson to invoke Article 16 within two weeks if an agreement cannot be found with the European Union over changes to the Brexit protocol on Northern Ireland.

    This should of happened months ago because the eu has had so many chances but still to this day they are just as awkward and unwilling to negotiate
