Responding to claims made by the EU today that the UK is blocking exports of the AstraZeneca vaccine, Boris flatly rejected the accusation:

“Let me be clear: we have not blocked the export of a single Covid-19 vaccine, or vaccine components […] we oppose vaccine nationalism in all its forms.”
