Northern Ireland assembly votes for two-year Brexit delay - 'We've spoken!'

THE NORTHERN IRELAND ASSEMBLY has voted in favour of a two year Brexit delay, putting pressure on Boris Johnson as the fourth round of tense talks between the EU and the UK begin.
