  1. So the RSPCA has backed off from prosecuting a representative of the legal profession. WHAT A SURPRISE.

    I just wonder if the RSPCA would have " done a Nelson" if it had been a non legally qualified individual who battered a fox to death in such a barbaric way.

    This lack.of action by the RSPCA, or lack.of guts as some will see it, gives the "all clear" for legally qualified individuals to batter to death animals that they take a disliking to - so keep an eye on your cats and dogs when in the presence of any legally qualified solicitor/lawyer. Better still leave the dog at home when attending an.interview to seek legal advice.
